The Mandalay Spirit also known as Mandalay Rum was first made in 1886. It was first made by joint efforts of people of Mandalay and expert Rum blenders from the Caribbean. It is an evidence of Myanmar rum making skills. The Mandalay Spirit is being exported globally. Now being made by Victory Myanmar Group, Mandalay Rum continues to gain appreciation from people.
