Hey everyone! I recently came across a new executive condo project in Pasir Ris called Jalan Loyang Besar EC. I’m really intrigued by the location—close to amenities, green spaces, and looks promising in terms of future development in the area. While doing some digging, I found a site that has detailed insights on the Jalan Loyang Besar EC Floor Plans, along with unit layouts and other specifications. Thought I’d share it here in case anyone else is researching too. Personally, I think the layouts look quite efficient, especially the 3-bedroom premium units.
